Can I return my product?
Products purchased on the Hydro Flask website can be returned to Hydro Flask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
If you purchased Hydro Flask from one of our resellers, please contact them directly.
If you need to return a product, please do the following:
You may return your product within 30 days of the delivery date.
Contact our Consumer Service team by email for a return label.
Please reference your order number when you purchased from HydroFlask.com.
Clearly quote the return label you received from our Consumer Service team.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
It takes approximately 4 weeks for us to issue a refund once we have received your product.
Your credit card account will reflect the approved refund amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
